These terms apply when you access this website, request a StackVel assessment, use ChoiceVel guidance pages, or contact VedaVel for support.

Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website or services.
VedaVel provides website information, StackVel repository intelligence and modernization-readiness assessment services, and ChoiceVel educational counselling guidance pages.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the updated terms.
StackVel
StackVel is an assessment and planning service
Assessment, not automatic modernization
StackVel helps assess repository health, technology usage, dependency posture, upgrade readiness, and modernization risks. It does not guarantee automatic modernization of an entire application.
Customer-approved scope
Repository scope, execution environment, local or cloud LLM use, and deliverables should be agreed before assessment work is performed.
Human review remains required
StackVel outputs are planning and review aids. Engineering teams should review findings, validate build/runtime behavior, and approve any code or process changes.
No hidden cloud fallback
Static assessment does not require LLM access. Cloud LLM use should occur only when explicitly approved for the engagement.
ChoiceVel
ChoiceVel is guidance, not a guarantee
ChoiceVel is currently available without checkout while payment is paused.
No admission guarantee
ChoiceVel recommendations are guidance based on approved historical data. They are not a guarantee of admission, allotment, counselling result, seat availability, or future cut-off behavior.
Official portals remain authoritative
Users are responsible for verifying official counselling rules, eligibility, category, quota, documents, deadlines, seat matrix, institute details, and final choice submission on the official counselling portal.
Historical data limitations
Historical opening and closing ranks can support decision-making, but future counselling outcomes can change due to seat availability, candidate behavior, policy changes, and official decisions.
Open access while payment is paused
JoSAA guidance access is currently open without checkout. This access posture may change if a future service or product re-enables paid access.
Acceptable use
Use the website and services responsibly
Do not misuse the website, assessment outputs, or guidance tools.
Do not interfere with service operation
Do not attempt to overload, bypass, scrape aggressively, attack, or interfere with website functionality, security, or other users.
Do not submit unauthorized repository material
For StackVel assessment requests, submit or share only repository information that you are authorized to provide for review.
Do not misrepresent findings
Do not present assessment or guidance outputs as guarantees, certifications, or official decisions unless VedaVel has explicitly provided that status in writing.
Access may be limited
VedaVel may limit or disable access where misuse, abuse, security risk, legal risk, or technical risk is identified.
Availability
Service availability and changes
VedaVel aims to keep the website available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always available operation. Features may be updated, changed, paused, or unavailable because of maintenance, infrastructure issues, third-party service issues, or operational reasons.
Product scope, service offerings, access posture, and pricing status may change over time. Online payment checkout is currently paused on the website.
Liability
Important limitations
Use StackVel and ChoiceVel outputs as review aids, not guarantees.
StackVel findings are based on the available scan scope, repository signals, customer-approved execution mode, and information available at the time of assessment. They do not replace engineering validation, security review, architecture review, or customer approval.
ChoiceVel guidance does not replace official counselling websites, official notifications, eligibility rules, seat matrices, or final choice-submission processes.
