Digital service

No physical shipping

ChoiceVel is a digital counselling guidance service. No physical product is shipped.

ChoiceVel JoSAA access is delivered digitally through the VedaVel website after successful payment verification.

VedaVel does not ship any physical goods, printed reports, documents, books, or offline material for this ChoiceVel JoSAA paid access.

Delivery method

How access is delivered

Online access

After successful payment verification, JoSAA choice-list guidance access is unlocked online on the VedaVel website.

Same browser and device

Paid JoSAA access is currently unlocked only on the browser and device where payment is completed.

Razorpay checkout

Payment processing is handled through Razorpay checkout. VedaVel verifies the payment response before unlocking access.

Delivery timeline

When access is available

Access is normally available immediately after successful payment verification.

In normal cases, ChoiceVel JoSAA access is unlocked immediately after successful payment verification and redirection back to the VedaVel website.

If payment is successful but access is not unlocked, contact VedaVel support with payment details so the issue can be reviewed.

Use the same browser

For best experience, complete payment from the laptop or desktop browser where you want to build, review, print, or save your ChoiceVel report.

Avoid clearing cookies/cache

Clearing browser cookies/cache, using private browsing, changing browser profiles, or switching devices may prevent paid access from being visible automatically.

Support

Payment completed but access not delivered

Contact support with payment details if access is not unlocked after payment.

If payment is deducted but JoSAA access is not unlocked, email hello@vedavel.com.

Please include:

  • Payment date and approximate time.
  • Amount paid.
  • Razorpay/payment reference details, if available.
  • Browser and device used for payment.
  • Short description of the issue faced.
